Ringer (“we”) helps HVAC and plumbing businesses respond to missed calls by text. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (such as your email and business information), the phone numbers and message content needed to deliver text-back and review-request features, and basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

To provide the service, send messages on your behalf, process billing, prevent abuse, and comply with carrier and legal requirements (including SMS regulations).

Text Messaging (SMS)

We collect mobile phone numbers when a consumer contacts a participating business (by calling or texting its number). These numbers are used solely to deliver the messaging service — replying to that service request and, after a completed job, sending a one-time review request. We never sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Consumers can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
